One week ago I somehow injured my hip while doing my last training run for a Ragnar Relay Race (Napa Valley) I had this weekend. 7 days ago I was having so much pain in my left hip I could barely walk, in fact I couldn't even navigate going up and down stairs! Needless to say I was really concerned I wouldn't be able to participate in the relay that I had been training for over the past 4 months. As the week went on, my hip gradually improved with complete rest but I still was noticeably limping and couldn't walk up stairs.
